Arthur Shoes exist since 1928, MANOUKIAN Arthur, builder of the company, was a manufacturer in a workshop in the district of « Part Dieu » and open his plant at « cours Emile Zola » in Villeurbanne. The shoes were builded and delivered to several stores including the store of MANOUKIAN Charlotte which was near the plant. In the 70’s, the factory stop working and MANOUKIAN Jean-Pierre, who was the son of Arthur, decide ton develop the manufacture of italian shoes in France. Because he had an experience in shoes production, he knew how to find the best qualities and the best styles of the « made in Italy ». He opened his first store in the 1st district of Lyon, which get a real success due to the originality and the quality from the selected products. In January 1990, Valery and Eric, the children of Jean-Pierre and Nicole MANOUKIAN, decide to build the store ARTHUR Chaussures at « 12 rue d’Algérie », at the angle of the « rue Lanterne », still in the first district of lyon. Exploring all the facets from the mode and from the itialian craft, we contribute to make know some italian brands in Lyon and in France.

10 years ago, M.Manoukian Eric and his wife Manoukian Karine decide to open a website and keep the store. Now you can discover and buy all the creations form the brands which are distributed by us.
